  • To eFile complex civil case documents, utilize our Assisted eFiling service, specifically designed to help you transition into civil complex eFiling. Complete the form below and we will process the request exactly as submitted. You must have an FSX account to use this service, and ensure the Filer is available for contact by FSX.

  • eFile/eServe Requests submitted during business hours (Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM CT - 6:00 PM CT) will be submitted the same day by 11:59 pm PT.

  • eFile/eServe Requests submitted outside of business hours (Monday-Friday after 6:01 PM CT), weekends, or holidays will be submitted the next business day. If you require your filing to be completed the same day, after form submittal you must contact Client Support at (888) 529-7587.

Submission Details
  • Please submit all filings as far in advance of the deadline date as possible to ensure timely submission. FSX will work to complete the filing on the date requested. However, circumstances may occur which may result in filings being completed the following business day.

  • If FSX cannot file the Filer’s document(s) on the same day due to outstanding items in your submission, it will be eFiled/eServed with the Court on the following business day by 11:59 PM PT, and/or as soon as our team is able to contact the Filer and attain any necessary information.

  • You agree to pay for all fees associated with the filing of the attached document(s) including but not limited to Court Fees, eFiling Fees, eService Fees as listed on your monthly invoice.

  • FSX will charge $12.95 to eFile and $12.95 to eServe. An after-hours fee of $20 will be added to the filing fee when submitted between 6:01 PM CT - 8:00 AM CT and on non-business days and holidays.


Terms of Service
  1. FSX shall bill the products and services in arrears at the end of each month. Invoices shall be due and payable by Subscriber within ten (10) days of the invoice date. FSX reserves the right to suspend services or terminate this Agreement for any past due invoice for any FSX product or service.

  2. FSX reserves the right to update these terms at any time. This form will reflect the current terms at all times.

  3. Completion of this webform constitutes authorization and consent for FSX to file the documents attached as an Authorized Agent on behalf of the authorizing attorney(s) in the case. All fees incurred as a result of the filing will be billed to the firm and will be placed on the Subscriber's monthly invoice.

  4. I affirm the information I have provided herein is accurate and complete, and the documents I have uploaded should not be filed under seal.
